Image Processing
The Stage 1 resize, crop, preview, transparency check, and ZIP export workflow runs locally in your browser. PopEmote does not upload, store, hash, or log the image file itself in the free tool.
Privacy
The free resizer is designed around a simple promise: your emote artwork is processed in your browser. This page explains what is local, what may be collected, and what is never stored.
The Stage 1 resize, crop, preview, transparency check, and ZIP export workflow runs locally in your browser. PopEmote does not upload, store, hash, or log the image file itself in the free tool.
If you join the PopEmote Studio beta list, we collect the email address, selected plan, role, optional pain-point note, source, and submission time. This is used to validate demand and contact you about the beta.
PopEmote may collect product events such as file type bucket, resize completion, warning counts, ZIP downloads, Studio page visits, selected plan, and waitlist submission. These events do not include image contents, file names, file hashes, or artwork previews.
If Microsoft Clarity or a similar recording tool is ever enabled, upload areas, canvas output, previews, GIF previews, and chat previews must be masked. If masking cannot be confirmed, PopEmote will use analytics without session recording.
Google Analytics may be enabled through a measurement ID. Waitlist submissions are sent to the configured third-party form endpoint. Future Studio features may use storage, payments, or AI providers only after a separate SaaS privacy pass.
